Returns and reclamations:
There will be 14 day return on the purchase of goods on www.plakaten.com provided that the goods are in the same condition as when you received this.
Withdrawal is in force 14 days from the date when you receive the product and it is done on time, if only you send the product to the 14 day. You can also
undo the purchase by denying receipt of the goods. In addition, we provide two years warranty - valid from the date you received the product - according to Danish legislation. In case of complaints send goods by post to the return address appearing on your invoice.
Customer pays for the return of goods and are fully responsible for the goods will be securely transmitted.
Using the customer's return, the entire deposit amount will be repaid: goods + shipping costs. Customer shall nevertheless pay the return shipping costs.
Plakaten I/S reserves the right to refuse to accept returned posters where you can see on the packaging that the product has gone broke.
Delivery: poster usually delivers products within 10 days from time of payment. There may however take up to 4 weeks for some commodities.
Shipping costs depend on product type, size, number and destination. It counted out before the order is finally delivered
